An example of a route from Opatija

Good anchorage:
In the bay of Supetarska Draga on the island of Rab behind the islet MAMAN is one of the best anchors, anchor holds great. Caution when entering, along the Maman Island, has the hooves and rocks.

At the end of Supetarska Draga bay is the marina. Opposite the marina is the restaurant “Belveder” with a small mol.

Cave Bay:
Cove KOLORAT in the southern part of Cres
Cove MARAČOL on the island of Unije
The channel between the island of Ilovik and Sveti Petar, there is a good restaurant “Dalmatinka”

KRIJAL on the south-eastern side of the island of Premuda, a nice place to swim, has several buoys. The south is insecure. Good restaurant “Celestina”

IST Bays on the Island of Ist, BRGULJE on Molat Island and ZAPUNTEL Bay in the Strait between Isle Ist and Molat. In all three restaurants.

By the south, getting off from the Ist and Brgulje bays can be dangerous.

Tuesday about 11 nm: Anchor ILOVIK (buoy) or about 20 nm: Marina SILBA
Wednesday about 23 nm: RAB city port or MARINA
Thursday about 20 nm: GRAD KRK or MARINA PUNAT
Friday about 25 nm: OPATIJA, pour fuel in Opatija

SURVEY ROUTES, Longer Daily Feet:
Saturday about 22 nm: Sv. Juraj island Krk or about 25 nm town of Krk
Sunday about 23 nm: Anchor KOLORAT (no restaurant)
Or just on Sunday: about 43 nm: Anchor KOLORAT (no restaurant)
Monday about 21 nm: Anchorage: KRIJAL island of Premuda (good restaurant “Celestina”); or about 18 nm SILBA LUKA (a restaurant in the harbor or several in the place); or about 27 nm IST; or about 33 nm MOLAT (all have restaurants)
Tuesday about 9 – 21 nm: anchorage ILOVIK (good restaurant: “Dalmatinka”)
Wednesday about 18 nm: visit to the SUSAK island, a nice bathing bay, a good wine cellar in the place, continue to Marina MALI LOŠINJ in the port of Mali Lošinj.
Thursday about 19nm: at 9:00 h the bridge opens for a passage to the island of Cres, then towards the town of Rab in the harbor at the pier or at Marina. The town of Rab is very beautiful with lots of sights. There are several restaurants, (a good restaurant “Labyrinth” in the old town on the south side of the main street) You can also anchor in the bay of Sv. Smoking, in front of a small harbor, and a few minutes walk to town.
Friday about 41 nm: Opatija, pour fuel in Opatija.
